The decision to start a new life is never an easy one, but for Joe the transition was far from figurative. Becoming a permanent addition to a game world, it doesn't take long to learn that people with his abilities are actively hunted. In fact, if the wrong people gained knowledge of what he was capable of, assassins would appear in droves. In his pursuit of power, Joe fights alongside his team, completes quests, and delves into the mysteries of his class, which he quickly discovers can only be practiced in secret. Ultimately, his goal is to complete every mission, master every ability, and learn all of the world's secrets. All he has to do is survive long enough to make that happen....

Ritualist (The Completionist Chronicles #1) Reviews
An exciting new series
This book is one of the best books I have read in months.
It takes a slightly unique and tounge in cheek view on the cyber punk genre.
The characters are great and feel real. The progression in the book I great but it also does not feel like it comes too easily.
Overall definitely worth reading.
It was a little cheesy (by design), but a refreshing take on the litRPG genre. I like how Krout really digs into the game mechanics and questing. I feel like that's something that recent entrants to the genre have been avoiding for some reason. Give me stats, make the protagonist OP, and feel free to skip excessive exposition! I wanna play a game in my mind, dangit. Anyway, another great book from Dakota Krout!
Solid beginning to a new series.
I finished the book ready and eager to begin the next. It’s looking like I’ll be enjoying this series as much as Divine Dungeon.
Wow. Great book
Great book. Good twist on the normally combat focused litrpg books. Instead of city building, he is building personal power. I love the completionist persona as well.
Addictive! Such a fun read!!
Binged the whole thing in two days! Loved it, and can't wait for another in this series. Be sure to read the divine dungeon series too! Such a fun author!
A LitRPG story. A new class opportunity was selected. Hidden from others. The magic school has its hidden restrictions and requirements. Looking forward to the next book.
I enjoyed every moment of this book and my only regret is it only lasted an evening. I look forward to the next title and serously recommend this book!
A fun read with many fun references
Right out of the gate we're beaten over the head with some obvious references from both the author's past work (Divine Dungeon) as well as some real world people and situations. There were some other references throughout the book, but as a lover of the Divine Dungeon series, I had some giggles.
The story starts out as so many LitRPGs do in that someone is trapped in an MMO for some reason. Once inside, things just take off. It's a fun and exciting romp right to ...more
