This is the perfect book for when you need a pick me up! Emma bakes magical cupcakes in a lovely town in the Puget Sound area. A sweet story; Ella a kind-of witch and Hunter is a businessman. They become enemies first and the rest follows. It’s a good short story for those who want a little happy ending without the smut.
“That was the odd thing about people. They were surrounded by magic all the time, but they just couldn’t see it.”
“In my experience, home isn’t a ‘where,’ it’s a ‘who.’”
I received Don’t Call Me Cupcake by Tara Sheets through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
