The Chateau (The Original Sinners #9) Reviews
5 “Kingsley and Søren Forever” Stars
I’m gonna be truthful......I’m a TOS LOVER. I first read The Siren and it was Love At First Sight. I fell in love with the characters and they embedded themselves in my heart. Not traditional by any means but fully alive and mesmerizing by the writing of Tiffany Reisz.
The Chateau is about “Kingsley Théophile Boissonneault, age twenty-four- AKA Kingsley Edge. This is set years after Kingsley leaves American and leaves Soren. Kingsley lives a very fascinating li ...more
4.5 *Kingsley*StarsMon Dieu……this book left me breathless!
I had my doubts before but I am confident that Ms. Reisz is definitely from a different planet. I don’t think it’s humanly possible to create a dimension full of complicated yet perfect characters that you keep falling in love over and over again, falling so HARD it practically hurts to live without them. The Original Sinners has ALWAYS been special to me, they’ve attained such heights that no human can outwrite them except if you are ...more
When Lt. Kingsley was assigned to do "unofficial" job to investigate the disappearance of Leon, nephew of his commander, who believed he is being held against his will by a sex cult. Accepting the job is easy but getting inside the so-called sex cult, Kingsley must go through some test. Patiently Kingsley was able to get in. And after spending a time there and meeting the "Madame" of the house. He learned something more about himself than he bargained for. A decision must be made will Kingsley c ...more

ARC from the Netgalley
only person he’s ever loved.
The Chateau is book 9 in Tiffany Reisz’s Original Sinners series, and it’s a story that readers are going to love. It delves into fan-favorite Kingsley’s past, and interestingly enough, I think this book could stand on its own. If you’ve read the series up to now, I do think it will mean a bit more to you – because who doesn’t love Kingsley longing for Søren? But if you’re new to Tiffany Reisz and this series, I think you could start her ...more
Wellllll this sucks.
There are a plethora of 5 star reviews for this, so grain of salt. I actually physically feel pained that I didn't LOVE a book wherein King is the focus but I didn't.
I was sort of squinting at it since I'm fairly certain King has said before that he's only ever submitted to Søren and Nora but since I like sub King I went forth with gusto, shirking my doubts like a bad habit. Except it's not really that kinky. There is a pegging scene and the final scene is heavy with #TeamPai ...more
The Chateau is the first book I've read in The Original Sinners series but it won't be my last. I enjoyed this world immensely especially the way in which Alice In Wonderland well the falling down the rabbit hole part was woven into the story. It's a kinky rabbit hole but a rabbit hole all the same.
I also loved the main character Kingsley, he's multi-faceted. My fave facet was his vulnerability. I'm definitely looking forward to reading more of his exploits.
I definitely recommend this book.
