Her Guardian Angel (Demonica Underworld #6) Reviews
ARC provided by author in exchange for an honest review
Her Guardian Angel by Larissa Ione is a novella that crossovers her Demonica Underworld Series with Lexi Blake’s Master & Mercenaries Series. Given the fact that I haven’t read Larissa Ione’s series, I didn’t find it hard to read this novella mashup since the author does a great job incorporating both worlds of her and Blake’s but still separate her from others with the insertion of a paranormal romance. The hero is Declan Burke and if ...more
I had mixed feelings going into this book the whole paranormal mixed in with one of my favorite series. Declan Burke is a bodyguard for McKay-Taggart who takes his job serious he is also one of the only one who isn't a Dom. Declan has had a hard life his father never wanted him and even tried to kill him his mother used him to blackmail his married father who was a Senator. Suzanne D’Angelo is an angel trying to get her wings but she is unhappy she also likes to cook. Suzanne's job is to protect ...more
~~I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads ~~
This is part of the Masters and Mercenaries crossover series that is being released by a number of super talented authors. I am so happy to be reading these books and reviewing them. I am huge M and M fan, and this was another great addition to the series. I have not read the Demonica Underworld series before, but intend to remedy that as soon as I get a chance. I was grateful of the glossary at the beginning.

This book completely blew me away. I was stunned at how much I loved it! I have never read a book of this genre, but I will be reading more, lots more. Larissa Ione has a new fan!
Suzanne D'Angelo is some sort of earth angel in charge of protecting Declan because he is meant to do something important for mankind. There are different levels of angels and demons (I won't even attempt to explain that...it was too much to fully understand as a first-time reader) Some demon is after Declan and the on ...more
I loved this book! A crossover between Larissa Ione’s Demonica series and Lexi Blake’s Masters & Mercenaries, this book is a fantastic combination of alpha male, strong heroine, chemistry, banter, dirty flirting, romance, sexy time and paranormal badassery. It’s a fun read with a fantastic set up, and I loved it!
Demonica is my all-time fave PNR series, so of course I was excited to dive back into the Demonica Underworld – a spin off from the original series. Suzanne is a Memitim – ...more
Her Guardian Angel felt like it was the longest book out of the six. Unlike some of the other books in the crossover, this one didn't make me feel like I had to have some knowledge of the world to get fully into to the story. It did make me wanna read the rest of the books though. I liked the universe and the characters seemed interesting. I still cannot wrap my mind around the idea of having angels and demons in the M&M world, to be honest. I liked Declan and Suzanne. Ian is a lot more pres ...more
